Our Vision

"All vision must come from scripture, Isaiah 61:1-3 declares:
v.1) The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
v.2) To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
v.3) To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.

Luke 4:18 & 19, Jesus is speaking declares:
v.18) The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the broken-hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
v.19) To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

So, we see Jesus anointed to preach the good news of salvation, and to heal and deliver people from every ill known to mankind that sin had allowed satan to thrust upon them. What God anointed Jesus to do is what we the Church have been anointed to do, nothing more, and nothing less.

We at Word for Life Full Gospel Assembly then are anointed to bring hope to the hopeless, the sick and oppressed, to tell men, women, boys and girls the way of salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ, and to take on the challenge of giving hope to those the world has given up on, the doctors say there is no hope for, and those that have been told life will never be right again. Our Vision is to see lives restored through the power of God, and to believe no life is beyond redemption, and to reach, preach and minister that hope to all that will hear our voice.

Romans 15:13 declares:
v.13) now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, the ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost. So we at Word for Life Full Gospel Assembly are anointed to give help and hope to the hopeless by the power of the Holy Ghost, and to continue to fulfill Luke 4:18 & 19, which is the ministry of Jesus."
